In the last 5+ years more and more is being written about the decrease in the number of times that people are attending weekend worship services less frequently (common # given is 2.5x/month). If this holds true, an average attendance of 1200 reflects a large number of total people involved in the church than in years past. Might need to begin to reflect that in staffing needs.


Good thought. Do you think the staffing needs are at a higher ratio or less with the flux in attendance?
