An unforgiving spirit is a shackled spirit. I wrongly thought that it is the one who is not forgiven is shackled but the truth is on the contrary.

i have now had problems with an unforgiving spirit for at least a year. i dont know how to get from underneith it.i have tried so hard but fail over and over.sometimes i dont even care but i know i am wrong. it makes me unhappy and also takes away my energy all it is is mere words someone has said to me,what is wrong with me?
