I saw this on Ed's blog a week or so ago, before there was a huge buzz. I think it is easy to sit behind a computer screen and write all kinds of negative things about someone and accuse them of things, personally I do not have a problem with Ed Young.
I thought Ed's video blog was thought provoking and worth watching.
Here are my thoughts:
1. I think it is wrong for someone to leverage thier ministry or position at a church to go out and create a ministry down the road...one has to consider what this says to the community and the nonbelievers around them.
2. I am not sure this would be as big of a problem as it is today if churches were better at developing leaders, and then sending them out to plant churches. The church by nature is meant to reproduce itself.
Just my 2 cents....
